Page 23, lines 5-6: 7/5 should be 582.5 cents and 10/7 should be 617.5 cents. The values given are for 45/32 and 64/45.
Page 39, first line after new subject heading: reference to "Ex. 3.1" should be "Ex. 3.2."
Page 83, lines 14-15: Apparently Orlando Gibbons does have a piece in the Fitzwilliam Virginal Book, though The Oxford Companion to Music, which I footnoted, states otherwise.
Page 89, Ex. 7.1: "sqeezed" should be "squeezed."
Page 104, third line from bottom: "392.4 cents and 394 cents respectively" should read "392.4 Hz and 392 Hz respectively."
Page 115, line 8 (second chart): Eb7 and Bb7 should be Eb and Bb respectively.
Page 123, line 24: Two HEJI accidentals are wrong, and we tried to fix it before publication, but the change was made incorrectly. Correct accidentals:
